To power on the Audio Guest Book, simply long-press the bottom switch.

1. To end a call, press and hold the ERC button on the phone. The phone will emit a distinctive "beep" sound, signifying the start of recording. Release the ERC button to conclude the recording, and the recorded message will be played through the speaker. For playback of the owner's message, press the ERC key once briefly. You can repeat this operation to replace the last recording. (This entire process is done while the phone is on-hook.)

2. When a guest arrives, pick up the handset to hear the host's message. After a beep, you can record the guest's message, and the call ends when you hang up.

3. For data retrieval, plug in the USB cable or remove the SD card. Upon opening the SD card, you will find two files: one containing the host's GREETING message and the other holding the guest's messages labeled GUEST. Enter the respective files to access and review the messages.

4. The indicator light on the bottom surface serves as a helpful guide:

   • The red light indicates charging.
   • A flashing red light signals a low battery.
   • Blue light indicates when the device is operational or fully charged.
